Here Is A Software Developer’s Coaching Question

Hi,

I am a software engineer ,working at Computer Sciences Corporation(CSC).

I am working on mainframes mostly dealing with JCL,COBOL since 1 year.

I want to do my higher studies (post-graduation) abroad.

So i want you to help me out to decide in doing master’s or MBA?, and please help me out which will be better for my career growth as I am from mainframe background.

I am ok with both technical and management side, the only thing is what ever study I choose must be helpful in my future.
